Order processing

Everything we sell is 3D printed to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to make and dispatch your order. Some larger or more complex prints may take up to 5 business days, and we'll note this on the product page. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping within Australia

We ship with Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, with standard and express options where available.

Free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more.

International shipping

We don't currently ship outside Australia.

Pickup

We don't offer pickup at this time.

Returns and damaged items

See our Refund Policy for returns, and for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

Please note

As with all 3D printed items, minor surface imperfections may be present, and colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting and filament differences.
