Shipping policy

Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Store Pickup
We do not offer pickup at this time.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 km of our homebase.
If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your address is not eligible.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, and delivery will typically occur by the next business day.

Flat Rate Shipping (Australia Only)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 1–3 business days.
We offer flat rate shipping across Australia:

  • $10 for Regular Post (estimated delivery: 2–6 business days)
  • $15 for Express Post (estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)
    We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
If calculated shipping rates are available, charges will be displayed at checkout.
Otherwise, our flat rate options apply as listed above.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at ericthegeek@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Additional Notes
All items are 3D printed to order, and while we strive for consistency and quality, minor surface imperfections may be present due to the nature of 3D printing.
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting and filament variations.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Some products—such as large or complex prints—may require additional time. If applicable, this will be noted on the product page.
Standard handling time is 1–3 business days, but extended handling of up to 5 business days may apply to select items.
